charming stay close to everything

breakfast variety quiet location helpful staff anytime cappuccinos

the breakfast had a great variety of choices , served in a lovely common room. the location felt posh and quiet , so it was very relaxing. i found the staff very helpful when asking for restaurant recommendations. they also, which i appreciated.

the shower leaked water everywhere , but i didn't complain , as i was only there for one night.

convenient location friendly staff broken elevator smelly towels

the location was really convenient for visiting santa maria delle grazie. the room had a tv and a kettle, i appreciated that. the staff was kind and check-in went smoothly. i liked having keys to the building, it.

the parking situation was a challenge. i had to park in a separate building and the elevator was broken, it was tough carrying luggage. the towels didn't smell fresh. they had an unpleasant odor to them.
